【Pharmacological Effects】Pharmacodynamics Cefquinome is a fourth-generation cephalosporin antibiotic specifically for animals. It achieves bactericidal effects by inhibiting the synthesis of the cell wall and has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, being stable against β-lactamases. In vitro antibacterial tests indicate that cefquinome is sensitive to common Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, Proteus, Salmonella, Moraxella, Bordetella, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Actinobacillus, Corynebacterium, Streptobacillus, Fusobacterium, Prevotella, Actinomyces, and Brucella, etc.

【Usage and Dosage】 Measured in terms of cefquinome. Intramuscular injection: The dosage is 2mg per 1kg of body weight for pigs, once a day for 3 to 5 days. Subcutaneous injection: The dosage is 5mg per 1kg of body weight for dogs, once or twice a day for 7 days.
